Flexible Earthing Links – KMS Engineering

Flexible copper earthing assemblies and braided links are used to overcome vibration and alignment problems in high current assemblies for LV-HV interconnection of power distribution units and earthing connections.
Their high flexibility allows for natural movement and
expansion in high current applications, ensuring sustained conductivity over time.
These links are manufactured from Cu-ETP high conductivity copper wire and are available in a variety of designs, with or without tin plating.
The standard wire diameter size is available from 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm and the cross section area varies from 2 sqmm to 50 sqmm.
Flexible earthing links are used in switchgear industries, transformers, power plants, substation earthing, flange earthing and earthing systems.
